Marcelo Scalona<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nAll March 5th, for fifty years, the Civil Registry Rosario issued a birth certificate in the name of Mary Servant.<br \/>\nThe applicant is the father of the woman, Louis F. Servant, French scientist domiciled in Dunedin, New Zealand, where he teaches anthropology at the university.<br \/>\nThe procedure starts on February 19 of each year. The application runs almost the entire planet by diplomatic pouches from Oceania to Buenos Aires and from there to the French Consulate in Rosario.<br \/>\nAlways on time of five days, the French consul in person to urge the removal of bureaucratic document coffers.<br \/>\nGreyish paper has only two vital signs:<br \/>\nits water seal that legalizes the document and testimony of having received partero alive a girl who weighed grams in 1200, so distinguished and healthy as its name, derived from Miriam, means distinction and purity.<br \/>\nRosario document leaves late summer (along the same path that the request came) and up to Dunedin expiring March, when autumn begins.<br \/>\n.<br \/>\nThat was also around the time the child lived fortnight sleep through this world and the rest is the poem by Calderon de la Barca.<br \/>\nDr. Servant, then president of the local Alliance Francaise, did publish this kind of warning crazy in the morning paper:<br \/>\n\u00abRosario, March 21, 1955.
